She is a neurologist and physiologist, serving as the President-elect of the Italian Society of Clinical Neurophysiology and Vice-chair of the panel of experts on medical devices for the nervous system at the EMA (European Medicines Agency, Amsterdam). He is the Group Leader of the Experimental Neurophysiology Unit (Institute of Experimental Neurology, IRCCS San Raffaele, Milan) and an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.
Daniela Perani
She is a neurologist and neuroradiologist, full professor of Neuroscience. She is the Head of the “In vivo Human Molecular and Structural Neuroimaging” Unit in the Neuroscience Division of the San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, where she also serves as the Medical Coordinator for Neurology Diagnostic Activities in the Nuclear Medicine Department.
She has authored more than 360 papers, books, and book chapters.
