Emmanuel Conte

Emmanuel Conte was born in Eboli in 1979 and moved to Milan to study at the Bocconi University, where he graduated in Political Economy.

Following the completion of his studies, he began his professional career within the Intesa Sanpaolo group and later collaborated with several institutions in the financial sector, including Borsa Italiana.

In 2016, he was elected to the Milan City Council, where during his first term he served as President of the Budget Committee. Following his re-election in 2021, Giuseppe Sala appointed him Councillor for Financial, Economic and Property Resources for the Comune di Milano.

In 2025, following a reorganization of the municipal portfolios, Mayor Sala appointed him Councillor for Budget, State Property and the Extraordinary Housing Plan, further expanding his role within the city administration.
