With a background in Industrial Design Engineering, Gastronomy, and a Global MBA in Sustainable Business, I am deeply passionate about sustainable food systems and food innovation. I currently work as a Food Innovation Project Manager at KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub, where I lead projects that connect startups, companies, and institutions to co-create solutions that transform the way we produce, distribute, and consume food. My work focuses on building connections across key stakeholders to drive impactful projects, bridging design, gastronomy, and strategic innovation.
