Egidio D’Angelo

Full Professor of Physiology at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Pavia. He is engaged in studying the function and structure of brain circuits in humans using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation techniques. He also serves as Director of the Brain Connectivity Center of the IRCCS Mondino Neurological Institute; Director of the Neurophysiology Unit of the Dept. of Brain and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Pavia and Director of the Ph.D. course in Biomedical Sciences. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Society of Neuroscience (SINS); Member of the Organizing Committee of the FENS2014 and also is the Principal Investigator of the European project “Human Brain Project”.
