A nutritionist and psychiatrist, specialisedin Psychiatry and Food Science, he is Chief Physician of the Eating Disorders Center of the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan. Since 2002, he has been working full-time on eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, BED and obesity), both as a clinical activity (hospital rehabilitation department, day hospital, polyclinic) and as a teaching activity (Vita Salute San Raffaele University). From 2012 until today, he has been involved in preventive nutrition (health project in Ospedale San Raffaele, EAT GSD Foundation project). See CV complete.
