Elisabetta Sirgiovanni

Department of Molecular Medicine, Museum of the History of Medicine, ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome. Elisabetta Sirgiovanni is a tdB Researcher at Sapienza University of Rome, she is a Fulbright Alumna. She studies the history/philosophy of psychiatry and neuroscience, including ethical aspects. Her research investigates psychiatric taxonomy, evolutionary models of mental illness, moral emotions and self-control, psychopathy, neuropotentiation, the history of Ect. She obtained the National Scientific Qualification (ASN) as associate professor of history of medicine and bioethics. See CV complete.
