Ezio Giacobini

Ezio Giacobini is Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry and Neurology and author of numerous publications, monographs and books on the aging of the nervous system and on the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. From 1972 to 1995 he was Professor of Pharmacology and Director of the Institute of Pharmacology at the University of Illinois and Director of the Alzheimer’s Research Center (National Institute of Aging). He is currently working at the University of Geneva Medical School Hospitals, Department of Geriatrics, on the development of early diagnostic methods and drug therapy of Alzheimer’s disease.
